Each Product Seller on sets their own policies and practices regarding shipment. Purchasers are responsible to read the Product Seller's shipping policies before purchase, as a purchase constitutes acceptance of the Product Seller's shipping policy.

If any package is lost or damaged in transit, the Purchaser must contact the Product Seller for a resolution. In such cases, the Product Seller is obligated to file a damage claim or missing package trace with the carrier. Purchasers accept that a resolution for a lost or damaged product may be delayed up to ten (10) business days while the carrier investigates the matter. If the Product Seller is offering insurance on the shipment, the Product Seller is required to procure and pay for shipping insurance.
